eMixt Cell Phone's Trading Terms & Conditions
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You) and the eMixt company (hereafter referred to as We). Both parties accept these conditions unreservedly.
These general conditions of sale are the only conditions that are applicable and replace all other conditions, except in the case of express, written prior dispensation. We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale, having read them.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are important to you and eMixt as they have been designed to protect your rights as a valued customer and to protect our rights as a business and to create an understanding between us.
Ordering
There are a number of methods in place to place an order:
by Internet on our site: http://www.emixt.com 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
by Bank Wire Transfer - the order will be processed at the given price at the time of the sale. Please contact us for our bank account details and an invoice for the product that is of interest to you. Once your payment has been issued and the funds have successfully cleared to our account, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail that we have received your order with updates for delivery.
Product information
eMixt takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products; this however, within the technical limits that exist and with respect for the best standards on the market.
Please note that some products' instruction manuals may not be in English due to our vast international supply source. If the instruction manual does not come in English, this information will be clearly featured in the technical information sheet of the specific product.
Please note that in the case where you buy a product which does not have an English instruction manual you will be able to download the English manual by using a link that can be provided to you by eMixt where requested. As most products come with 2-pin plugs, adapters from European to UK plugs are supplied free of charge with your order.
Prices
The prices indicated on the Site are in USD with the facility to convert to any other international currency on the fly. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.
We accept Euro and US Dollar only.
Availability
Please note that we will honour your order while stock is available.
In the event where one of the products ordered is not in stock, we will contact you in less than 15 days as of your order date to inform you how long it will be before we are able to deliver the product.
If there are certain products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products and will pay the shipping fees for the rest of the order.We will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality.
If you choose to refuse, we will reimburse the unavailable product.
Returns/Refunds
The return policy governs any purchase made through our eMixt.com retail website. The 7 day period is a "cooling off" period. We authorise the return on products that are brand new & un-used only.
eMixt offers a 7 Days Return Policy for defective items from the date of arrival at your location. Customer's returned item must meet the requirements stated below in order for us to accept it.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. This does not apply to defective items.
* Any item lost in the mail will not be the responsibility of eMixt, we advise a secure & insured reputable courier.
* For products defective beyond the 7 days of receipt, the customer will have to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. Customers should be aware that merchandise sold at eMixt are parallel imported items, therefore manufacturer warranty's are not applicable.
All returned items for refund must be brand new and un-used, unless otherwise faulty.
* All goods MUST be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories.
* Goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product, it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging and damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.
* Goods must be returned to our Returns Department within a further 7 days from authorisation. We are unable to accept returns of any kind after this period.
Shipping
Goods ordered from eMixt are shipped securely from our Europe or Hong Kong logistics facility, not the United Kingdom (unless otherwise stated)
Orders are Processed within 24/48 hrs after payment (except during the weekend periods & bank holidays). Delivery is approximately 3-5 working days after processing is complete. Delivery timeframes may be delayed if eMixt request further identification/verification concerning a payment received.
eMixt has partnered with several major courier services to ensure your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. Our partnering couriers include Federal Express, UPS, DHL, USPS, Hong Kong Speed Post and EMS services.
After an order has been despatched successfully, we will provide a tracking number. You can then view the status of your order directly online.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping Insurance Fees are to ensure protection for your shipments from door to door. This service covers against physical loss or damage that could occur due to external causes during transportation. It applies to the direct replacement or repair cost of the shipments transported and transportation charges are automatically insured with your shipment.
eMixt will not be held responsible for lost/stolen items if shipping insurance was not purchased at the time of order.
Pricing
Prices on products throughout the site fluctuate on a weekly basis. The reason for this is because prices change according to supply and demand factors that have impacts within the Telecommunications industry. Pricing listed on the site for all products do not include the shipping cost.
For the goods shipped from Hong Kong, We don’t charge V.A.T on the products listed on eMixt.com. Any additional import duties/customs fees are to be borne by the customer.
All efforts will be made to ensure all pricing across our site is as accurate and up to date as possible.
Pricing is subject to change across the website on a weekly basis without any prior notification – eMixt will fulfil an order for the price displayed at the time of purchase. - If the price of a product decreases after purchase due to external factors in the market, eMixt will not be held responsible.
Customs Fees/Applicable import duties
eMixt.com maintains a world-class logistics operation in Hong Kong. Customers from all over the world benefit from our rock bottom pricing & speedy delivery! Customers are responsible for the customs and import duties that may be applicable with their order depending on their country/region. Please ensure that you fully understand import laws before placing your order with eMixt.
Compatibility/Specification/Colour
You are responsible to ensure the product's compatibility (network dependent features and firmware related issue) with their network operator / service provider before committing to a purchase, for example: MMS / GPRS / WAP / SMS / Data Transfer.
You should be aware that network dependent features and firmware issues are not covered by eMixt and we are unable to offer support regarding these issues. For further assistance please contact the manufacturer/service provider directly
You should also be aware that the item you are purchasing might not be solely intended for your country or region. Therefore, certain specifications on the device and user guide might or might not fully support your country/region & service provider.
* Warranty
Products sold on eMixt are strictly brand new. eMixt is a parallel importer. We import our products directly from extensive sourcing around the world.
* Products sold on eMixt generally don’t carry a manufacturers warranty. We do offer extensive warranty services on some of our products. If this service is available, it will appear on the item's product page.
